If you're a small business manager or owner who's often wondered how you can win business from the large public sector buyers in our area, then we're here to help.

Sell2Plymouth.co.uk is a partnership between Plymouth's public sector buyers, our local business support agencies and both the Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Small Businesses.

Our site promotes business relationships between micro and small businesses and the public sector. Our public sector partners have committed to provide you with opportunities to access contracts for goods and services in a one-stop information point. Our business support partners are offering a range of services to support you as you aspire to win public sector work, using simple standard procedures common to all buyers.

This is just the start of our journey. Future developments will encourage other public sector buyers to join us and our support services will increase as we all learn. Our aim is to increase the number of opportunities the site offers, to demystify winning public sector work and to provide you with maximum help to win more business.

Together we can create lasting and successful business relationships. Register with us now!

Business Registration Process

Plymouth Street

This service is free to all suppliers.

What does this mean for you and how does it work?

Following a successful registration your details and Business Registration Questionnaire (BRQ) answers will be available to 5 public sector bodies:

  • Plymouth City Council
  • Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust
  • Plymouth University
  • Marjon
  • City College Plymouth
All five public sector bodies will be able to access your details whenever they have a requirement for the goods/services which you have expressed an interest in without the need for you to keep submitting them. They can also search the database for suppliers and you may then be invited to tender or quote for work. If you are awarded work you may be asked to provide some or all of the documentation referred to in the BRQ.

NOTE: The Sell2Plymouth Business Registration Process does not guarantee that you will receive orders for tenders and quotation exercises that you are invited to participate in.
